We are proud to announce our newest addition; we are now a Microsoft IT Academy.

We offer Cisco CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Certification programs that include CCNA Voice, CCNA Wireless and CCNA Security. We are the only training facility in Massachusetts that is authorized to teach the Cisco CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) Certification program.

The Microsoft It Academy Program evolved under the guidance of educators with the core mission to help enable academic institutions to offer world-class computer technology curriculums enriched with real-world skills. Microsoft IT Academies are provided with the infrastructure and information needed to design the right course offerings, align to industry hiring needs, and deliver a dynamic learning experience to a diverse community of students, all in the context of the most cutting-edge Microsoft technologies in demand today. NTAI has been a Microsoft Certified Partner for years and this year has become a Microsoft IT Academy. We offer Adobe for Web Design that includes the following Creative Suite 4 programs, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks. We also offer Adobe InDesign and Framemaker training.

The CompTIA A+ certification is the industry standard for computer support technicians. The international, vendor-neutral certification proves competence in areas such as installation, preventative maintenance, networking, security and troubleshooting. CompTIA A+ certified technicians also have excellent customer service and communication skills to work with clients.
